7. Try to eat foods that are very good for eye health. Foods that are good for maintaining eye health are those that contain a lot of vitamin A for example carrots or papaya.

8. Get enough sleep to rest the eyes, with enough sleep between 7 to 8 hours will be able to reduce the onset of inflammation in the eyes. The turtle sleeps will cause very annoying eye bags.
